Refund policy

Shipping Policies and Conditions

• Sales: No refunds. Only store credit or exchanges are offered.

• Special Orders: Canceled special orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Layaway:

• The layaway term is 6 months.

• A minimum deposit of 20% is required, which is non-refundable.

• If you do not complete your layaway on time or cancel, the merchandise will be restocked, and you will only receive store credit minus the 20% deposit.

• Financing:

• Any orders placed through our financing companies have a 24-hour period to cancel or make changes.

• If canceled after this period, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

• Jewelry and Watch Repair Policy:

• The store will hold repairs for a maximum of 90 days after completion, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

• Merchandise left for more than 90 days will be discarded or become the property of “Mr. Prestige Jewelry.”

• Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash, credit/debit cards, and financing (Snap, Acima, Progressive, American First).

• All credit card payments are final, and chargebacks will not be approved by “Mr. Prestige Jewelry.”
